Our Beginnings Were Humble
As its name implies, Marine and Construction Service (Marconserv) was founded in 2011 by Engineer David A.N Cooper. The company officially began operations in the UK and later relocated to the US in 2019, and was incorporated on October 19th, 2011. Marconserv focuses on providing construction management, engineering, strategic equipment, and consulting services primarily to the offshore oil and gas sector. Due to changing industry dynamics, there is a persistent shortage of qualified and motivated engineers with the experience to address the complex issues faced by offshore operators and contractors. Marconserv employs a base of local personnel who possess extensive knowledge in all aspects of shipbuilding, and the company leverages this expertise to train new staff for each project. This has enabled Marconserv to build a strong organization that is capable of handling even the most challenging projects. In addition to its operational and field engineering expertise, Marconserv has established a mature group of design and construction support engineers equipped with the latest industry software. These engineers perform the engineering analyses required for marine structure and pipeline design, transportation studies, pipeline and cable installation, pile driving, mooring analysis, engineered lifting, jacket launch, float and abandon, topside floatover installation, and various other applications.

Marconserv has a wealth of experience in all maritime, structural, and operational aspects of the design, fabrication, and installation of offshore platforms, pipelines, subsea structures, moorings, and related facilities. The company provides a wide range of services to its clients, including onshore and offshore pipeline installation and maintenance, marine facility planning and design, construction management, technical and field support, marine equipment upgrades, special equipment construction, stinger design, marine equipment operation manuals, and more.
Marconserv operates a fleet of strategic equipment, along with support engineers in various areas, such as pipeline pre-commissioning, pre- and post-trenching, free span corrections, pile remediation, flexible flowline/cable/umbilical installations, and more.
